I don’t have any photos of the food (because you all know what these things look like anyway) but last night we had a lovely cookout for dinner! We got some veggies and hot dogs and had a cookout, using the grill in our courtyard! As an appetizer we had baby carrots and hummus. Ken was our trusty grill master: he made hot dogs, toasted the buns, and grilled asparagus, portobello mushrooms, green and red bell peppers, and onions. All we did to the veggies before hand was to drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top of them. DELISH! For dessert we had strawberries and grapes!
