The Kosher by Design Series of Cookbooks
From Greens, a Vegetarian restaurant in San Francisco. The only problem with this cookbook is that some of the recipes call for very hard-to-find ingredients that I'm sure you could find at a well-stocked Farmer's Market in New York City but they are just too hard to find here in New Orleans.
Another vegetarian cookbook with some great recipes and slightly easier-to-find ingredients. A wedding present from our dear friend Leah Greenfield--Thank you Leah!
